My wife and I hired Gianni to undertake the construction of a free standing garage during the summer of 2016. We were very impressed by his technical skills and workmanship almost 20 years prior when was the site supervisor for the construction of our home in central Vermont.
It was a joy to be working with Gianni once again. He is an excellent listener and provided expert guidance during the design process. Relying upon his extensive experience in the construction field he was adept at problem solving both on paper and in real time on the job site. His rapport with his crew was excellent; they seemed to genuinely enjoy working together and the work proceeded smoothly throughout the process. He worked very well with his subcontractors and we were equally pleased with the quality of their work, too. The job site was kept in an immaculate condition throughout the project.
I felt that Gianni did an exceptional job of managing the finances. His charges for labor were reasonable and he kept the work pace moving along. We had regular meetings during construction where we carefully reviewed all expenses. I was given all original invoices for materials including credit invoices for returns of unused supplies. He even returned, and credited us, for an unused box of nails. I suspect most contractors would have kept that box and used it for their next job!
Upon completion of the construction project, a close family friend who is a general contractor came to visit and remarked upon the quality of Gianni’s workmanship and final design details.
I would, without reservation, hire Gianni once again for this or any other project around our home.
